Ray is a pioneer in the identification industry, bringing deep subject matter expertise and experience. He is a past president of the International Association for Identification (IAI), supervised Lake County, OH latent prints and firearms, and was an early AFIS adopter. As a retired police officer and detective, his knowledge of how to run a crime lab, law enforcement processes and procedures, government entity protocols work, crime scene processing, presenting to courts, and CJIS accountability, are just a few of the benefits he brings to our team.

Before she came to BCP, Toni worked for the Kansas Office of Judicial Administration, Kansas Bureau of Investigation, Office of Information Technology, Kansas Department of Revenue, and the Kansas Department of Corrections. She is familiar with all the details needed to properly define, monitor, and manage projects from beginning to end. Toni is detail oriented and dedicated, and she is very familiar with the RFP process, requirements definition, identifying risks and issues, tracking project deliverables and expenditures, and communicating project status verbally and in writing. She takes pride in building positive team and customer relationships.
